Tashi Delek! Welcome to Lhasa, capital of Tibet. Your guide will greet you with a Khata scarf at the airport or train station and transfer you to the hotel (approx. 60 km, 1-1.5 hrs). Rest for the day to acclimatise. [Altitude Tips] Avoid strenuous activity and showering on arrival day; drink warm water; avoid alcohol and smoking. Report any discomfort to your guide immediately.
